I personally do not have hosting servers, I leave the truely important stuff to the professionals. I can purchase your domain anme & host your website for you via "Go Daddy" or "Host Gator" however . Many of the smaller hosting company have to charge more to keep up with their overhead. Not only is smaller not better in this case but it is less secure. Hosting with the larger companies assures that your website and all its information will be safe from hackers and malicious people. Feel free to ask me more about website & computer security.
